This little project is very important for me to complete while I am here in Nice. What is in the photo? What am I doing with it?
Did you see what the treat will be if you get the answer to both questions precisely correct??????
This photo captures the essence of my project.
I’d guess it’s an organic plant to be used in your tartes. Possibly something that has a sweetness in it? Wish I could smell it!

Appears to me to be rosemary. Would you be making some sort of loaf/roll?

Cooking or drying to cook later?? Looks like oregano to me.

I’m guessing it’s lavender that you’re drying to put in a tart, or into sachets.

I think it is thyme (time) and you are making the most of both! Now if that is not the answer it should be! 😊

I’d say you’re getting ready for Christmas Thyme.

I’m also thinking it is thyme. Will you use it in socca?

I too think it is thyme. You’re drying it to savor when you return home when you put thyme into your cooking and remember your time in Nice.
